The Extra Space Storage San Jose facility on 10th Street was secured by L37, entitled and developed as a newly constructed 100,000sf facility in connection with a forward sale to Extra Space Storage (NYSE: EXR). The facility includes conditioned space specially designed for pharmaceutical storage, large drive-up space for boats and autos, as well as traditional individual storage spaces on two-levels.

The Beacon Storage Facility is a 9-story facility which was in severe disrepair operating at a 5 cap. L37 performed seismic upgrades, renovated the storage lockers, improved the user experience and improved performance to an 8-cap operational facility.
