Located in the trendy Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco, this abandoned former lighting production and warehouse building was re-purposed and re-permitted by L37 for use as a cannabis grow, distribution and marketing facility at the advent of the California legalization of cannabis in 2017.
While holding it as a cash-flow positive asset; L37 commenced design and entitlement as a 228,000sf light-industrial life-sciences new building. Prior to completing entitlements, L37 sold to Madison Capital who is completing the entitlements and eventual development.
