The LINE SF Hotel is the hotel portion of a transformative mixed use condo, hotel and retail modern flat-iron high rise on San Francisco’s iconic Market Street. L37 Principals joined lead developer, Group i, to help its development including, oversee accounting, all construction, permitting, coordination with various city agencies, financing and negotiate the hotel management agreement, procurement and build out of the hotel interiors.

The LINE Hotel SF is a 236-key hotel, complete with ground floor restaurant, two bars and lounge, a rooftop bar and restaurant with outdoor seating and expansive SF skyline views, and conference spaces. The LINE SF Hotel is leading a new wave of developments in Mid-Market’s revitalization.
