L37 Principals joined lead developer, Group i, to help lead negotiation of the GMP contract, oversee accounting, construction and condo marketing efforts and HOA formation for the Serif condos.

With 242 luxury condos, nearly 20,000 square feet of ground floor retail that includes restaurant space, a community theatre, dedicated non-profit space and public art, and completed in 2021, the Serif condos are leading a new wave of developments in Mid-Market’s revitalization.
