Mosso is a two-building, eight-story Type I residential project spanning two city blocks in the South of Market (SOMA) district. Commencing entitlements in 2007, L37’s principals built community support through direct engagement with numerous community groups and received unanimous approval from both the SF Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors in what is typically a challenging district to develop in.

With 463 residential units, 9,427 square feet of ground floor retail, 323 subterranean garage parking spaces, on-site affordable units, a public parklet and LEED Gold Certification, Mosso helped lead the way to restarting a new construction boom coming out of the Great Recession. Construction was completed in 2014.
