1270 Mission is a 21-story Type I residential project in the Mid Market neighborhood. L37 principals led the entitlement of this high-rise, including obtaining broad community support and unanimous support from the San Francisco Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors for an upzoning of this parcel from 120’ to 200’ in height.
